Unrico Nesbitt aka "Yung Keil" was born December 20th 2000 in Atlanta , Georgia. Growing up he listened to artists like T.I , Gucci Mane and Lil Wayne. He played basketball throughout his childhood while on the side he had a strong passion for music. Around the age of 7 , Keil took an early interest in trying to create music by recording himself rapping on a blackberry phone and putting together loops on websites to create beats. Keil went on to download FL Studio and start to make beats throughout his early teen years! When Keil was 15 he made his first song on garage band and uploaded to soundcloud.
It wasn't until Keil's freshman year in high school where we learned he was capable of freestyling. He went to parties often where he would go and freestyle for fun with his friends. He began to record himself rapping on multiple beats in the car and posting them to his social media , and soon he began to attract attention of his fellow peers in school.
Everyone around him supported him and encouraged him often to take music seriously and that he should take his talents to the studio. In 2019 Keil made his first fully recorded song "Long Time". Long Time has surpassed 15,000 streams on platforms such as spotify and apple music and is still a top favorite amongst his audience according to his analytics. In 2021 Keil related his first project titled "730" featuring 7 songs with all distinct songs and vibes.
The two songs "Cincinnati Bengals" & "At Night (No Sleep)" , quickly caught the ear of listeners and are his two top most streamed songs today! Both songs reaching 10,000 streams a piece on apple music and 30,000 together on spotify. Keil intends to grow his audience by networking and collaborating with other artists , performing his music and shooting music videos. Keil has a lot of potential!
