Yet again singer songwriter & recording engineer, IM80HD has been noticed for creating a new iconic sound over the years as he has become accustomed to the LA lifestyles and artists. Minus Gravity (Apollo) had suggested the once known as Luigi OG change his name. Taking the suggestion into consideration he had polished the idea, becoming IAM80HD. IAM80HD has been given the opportunity to change the industry’s approach on media and artwork. He believes the industry needed a change, IM80HD decided to switch things up, and that’s exactly what he did with Bongos.
Directed by @sonfilms and featuring @annabel_lee_violin, “Bongos” is a yacht thriller taking place over the waters of LA. In the song, the chorus sings “I got bongos over here, I got bongos over there”. Instantly grabs virtually anyone’s attention. Shortly after, IM80HD comes in strong rapping, “she a bad b*tch, she a savage” which helps tie in the music video aesthetic.
Collectively, IM80HD and team shocked LA with this one giving this song the potential to go viral. From the solid song, to the high quality video, this makes IM80HD a name many should start taking notice of.
