1- Great to have you on our blog. Please, introduce yourself?
Hi, I'm Von Geigerfelt, from the UK, born and raised in Bristol, England but now living in South Wales.

2- What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
I think having a love of music can create a need to be part of making it, a desire to play your part, however small in the musical universe.

3- Tell us about your new single. And what’s the story behind it?
The new EP came from a lot of emotions I was feeling, it's sort of a way of trying to resolve and organise them.

4- What makes your music unique? How would you describe it?
My music is more about the feeling it creates than the music itself if that makes sense, it's sort of anti-pop music, it doesn't have a lot of hooks and jingles, it creates a mood that is hopefully in sync with how the listener feels.

5- What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
Keep at it, have confidence in what you can do but without being arrogant.

6- Who are your biggest musical influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
having spent so much time in Bristol it's very hard not to be inspired by the music that is created there, it's a brilliant and unique sound & style. I am very aware that it influences the music I make. I quite like the idea of collaborating, I have musicians I would love to work with but I couldn't let myself mention them outloud.

7- If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
Quite simply thank you, I know my music isn't for everyone so anyone that enjoys listening to it has my sincere gratitude.

8- What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
I am nearing the end of a project that is quite different to my last 2 EPs, it's instrumental and more about soundscapes than songs. It's a bit of an indulgence as it's a passion project. I'm hoping to get an old friend I have worked with in the past involved as we never managed to release anything together in 20 years of friendship. It should be out in late 2021.
